In 1989, Selçuk Horoz established his first slipper factory (producing EVA materials). He carried his success in the slipper and raw-material trade into manufacturing and earned a place among the industry's leading names.
The company continued to grow through substantial exports to the former Yugoslav countries, Bulgaria, Romania and Greece, followed by Russia. In 2003, it completed its modern 15,500 m² facility and began producing polyurethane slippers under the Seha Terlik name in the Kıraç Çakmaklı district. Products were exported to 17 countries during this period. By strengthening its connections and establishing production in Kyrgyzstan and Algeria, the company consolidated its position and remained a leading force in those markets for many years.
From 2023 onwards, the family returned to the industry it knew best by making a major investment in EVA material production and injection-moulded EVA slippers. With the strong support of their father, two Industrial Engineers (Sefa Horoz and Furkan Süha Horoz), Civil Engineer Burak Horoz, PhD, and Business Administration graduate Elif Horoz Arlı developed the operation into a facility that exported 75% of its output within its first six months and reached a daily production capacity of 12,000 pairs. The target for 2024 was 20,000 pairs per day.
Together with the partners and employees with whom we work in a spirit of sincerity, we will continue striving for honest and ethical earnings and reinvesting what we earn in these lands back into them.
